For as long as I can remember sports and fitness have always been a part of my life. As a kid I played hockey and lacrosse competitivly, eventually competing at the university level and winning 3 consecutive OUA championships with the Laurier Lacrosse team. While at Laurier I studied Philosophy graduaing with my BA in 2011. Since then I have started a family and have 2 beautiful children. It was after having my son that I started teaching fitness classes, specializing in pre and postnatal fitness. I now offer a variety of classes both pre and postnatally as well as to the general population in both Brantford and Haldimand County. I am excited to bring you personal sessions, nutrition counselling and eventually yoga classes! In my spare time you can find me at the office working as a financial advisor!.
