Detailed description is Join us for our family-friendly Sunday service at 9:30am. . For well over 100 years Bangalow Presbyterian Church has been a vital part our Bangalow community. There have been many ups and downs over those decads, reflecting the impacts of wars, depressions, and radically changing demographics. Eventually the Bangalow church had no permanent local pastor, and was only kept open by a handful of dedicated, tenacious people.. . 2008 was a new beginning for Bangalow Presbyterian Church when we brought in Mark and Lois Cooper-White for full time local pastoring in order to revitalise the whole Presbyterian scene here. Since that time we have grown into a great church family of kids, mums and dads, singles, grandparents, and, well, just about anyone, from many various places in their Spiritual Journey. People come from a wide area – Oceans Shores, Ballina, Suffolk Park, Newrybar, Eltham, Eureka, Clunes, and Bangalow, and sometimes even further afield.. . We have Sunday morning 9.30 church for all ages, it’s a casual, easy to follow time – good songs played by good musicains, with child minding and Sunday School during the bible talk. Then we share a yummy morning tea on the lawn afterwards.. . We have several midweek casual meetings in some of our familes’ homes for time to read the bible, get to know each other better, ask our questions, share our wins and struggles, pray for one another and have a good laugh when we can.. . We are involved in teaching the Bible at Bangalow, Clunes, Eltham and Eureka Public Schools through their Special Religious Education programs. And we have a Kinder to Year 6 Kids Club at our Bangalow church property after School every Wednesday.. . We also love to socialise regularly with our wider Bangalow community, and you might just meet some of us at Play Group, the local Bowlo or Hotel, or any of the quality food outlets in our area.. . Our goal is to keep on connecting real people to the real Lord Jesus, as we learn about him from the Bible. And our desire is to keep on growing as more and more people want to be connected to Jesus along with us, so we might be here contributing spiritually and meaningfully to our friends in and around Bangalow for at least another 100 years!. .
