We are a multi-generation family housing rental business, dedicated to providing quality housing to a variety of individuals. . . We own and operate 51 rental properties in the Knox County area, including a variety of units from 1 bedroom apartments to 4 bedroom, 3 story houses. We are a small business, employing roughly 10 individuals, all of whom play an extremely important part in the company and our operations.. . Keeping the company small allows us to get to know our tenants on a personal, first name basis. If you ask those who have rented, or currently do rent from us, they will tell you about the services we personally provide, and how personal we tend to be. We understand and respect your privacy, and are absolutely dedicated to following all tenant-landlord laws. Per references and individuals who rent from us, we are 'lenient, respectful, fair, and easy to work with'. We attribute these qualities to the simple fact that we care about our tenants on a personal level, which in turn allows us to provide individualized services to our clients.. . We have around 3 families who rent multiple properties from us, as they recommend our services to their own family. We have had approximately 4 people who have rented from us from at least 1990. The longest tenant we have had has been with us since 1984, living in the first property ever purchased by Balcom Rentals.. .
