Our《BAKSO 白鬚》project came from the memories of our time in Bali.
Every morning, we woke up to that ray of light, took our surfboards, ran into the sea and riding waves for hours.
Every time we dragged our tired bodies out of the water, it was this warm, yummy Bakso which brought us so much joy, while it's so different from the meatballs we have in Hong Kong, it is the combination with the Indonesian soup which made it taste so Bali, not to mention the vendor who always has this smile on his face while serving bowl after bowl of Bakso to his customers.
The whole experience was just so enjoyable, so unforgettable..
