After starting his ITF Taekwon-Do training in the North of England, Sabum Mark Neale moved to Australia in 1990 and, after training with a number of different material arts, joined Bai Rui Taekwon-Do on 3rd February 2000.
Sabum Mark Neale regularly trained under Senior Master Charles Birch, Bai Rui School's founder and first Chief Instructor.
He continues to train regularly under Bai Rui Taekwon-Do’s current Chief Instructor - Master Donal Byrne VII Dan as well other Bai Rui Seniors.
