With all due respect to Texas style BBQ we do not use any sauces on our meats, only dry rub seasonings. Entrees are cooked on a Traeger BBQ which gives meat that unique juicy and flavorful taste. By being a smoker and a grill it captures the juices and flavor while maintaining a smoky aroma.. . Meats. Only the highest qualities of meats are chosen. Below are some details on the specific meats and cuts that Back 40 BBQ uses. Other caterers’ can easily chose lower grade meats, but one thing we do not sacrifice on is quality. . . Baby Back ribs Definitely a popular choice due to the extremely tender meat that falls off the bone followed by people’s surprise that no sauces were used during the cooking process. . .
