Eğitim. Lise eğitimini Fenerbahçe Lisesi'nde sürdürdükten sonra, 1984 yılında İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi İnşaat Mühendisliği Bölümü'nden mezun oldu.. Ailesi. 13 yaşında bir kız ve 19 yaşında bir erkek çocuk babası olan Aykurt Nuhoğlu, diş hekimi olan eşi Ebru Nuhoğlu ile 20 yıldır mutlu bir evlilik sürdürmektedir.. Siyasi Yaşamı. Öğrencilik döneminde katıldığı demokratikleşme hareketleri ile siyasi görüşleri şekillenen Aykurt Nuhoğlu, üniversite yıllarından sonra siyaset sahnesinde aktif rol almaya başladı. SHP üyeliği ile başlayan siyaset yolculuğu, SHP Kadıköy İlçe Yöneticiliği ve 1992 yılında Kadıköy İlçe Başkanlığı ile devam etti. Farklı dönemlerde CHP Kadıköy İlçe ve İl Kurultay Delegelikleri bulunan Nuhoğlu; CHP İl Yönetim Kurulu Üyeliği ve CHP Kadıköy İlçe Yöneticiliği görevlerinde bulundu. 2012 yılı içerisinde Yerel Yönetimden Sorumlu İl Başkan Yardımcılığı yaptı, CHP bünyesinde değişik ve farklı komisyonlarda çalıştı.. İş Yaşamı. 1985 yılından günümüze kadar çevre düzenlemeleri, park-bahçe projeleri, hastane ve konferans merkezleri, nitelikli konutlar gibi çok sayıda farklı projenin yönetimi ve koordinatörlüğü görevlerinde bulundu. Halen Atamer İnşaat’ın Yönetim Kurulu Başkanlığı’nı yürütmektedir.. Sosyal Sorumluluk. Nuhoğlu Vakfı Yönetim Kurulu üyesidir. Tüketici Derneği ve İnşaat Mühendisleri Odası gibi üyesi olduğu birçok dernek, vakıf ve meslek örgütü bünyesinde, sosyal faydanın ve kamu yararının öncelikli tutulduğu çalışmalarda yer almaktadır. Aykurt Nuhoğlu aynı zamanda Kazım Koyuncu Kültür Merkezi Derneği'nin de kurucuları arasında yer almaktadır.. Özel Yaşamı.
