Detailed description is An organization that supports families that are affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders. We hold fundraisers all year long such as our annual "Give Your Heart to Autism" . Gala, "Oz for Autism" golf tournament. As well other generous individuals and . companies hold fundraisers for us. We also receive donations in memory of those . who have passed away and in celebration of those who are getting married or . who have a birthday. Windsor and Essex County is such an awesome generous . community.. . . The funds we raise during the year are used to provide money to families during the summer months to be used for recereational activities such as camps, swimming horseback riding or for a one-on-one support worker. . We hold an annual Summer picnic, which includes an all you can eat buffet, carnival type games, clown, Zoo 2 You, giant inflatable slides and bouncy castles, pony rides, mini golf, face painting. This is free to our members and they can bring a support worker for each child with autism. We also give a gift card to each child with autism to help out with back to school expenses.. We also hold and annual Christmas Party which includes pictures with Santa, an all you can eat lunch buffet, entertainment, crafts, which is again free to members. We give another gift card at this time to help with Christmas expenses.
