The Falcon Fund has two initiatives that we are currently working toward.
Along with funding this year's purchase of an iPad station for the K-2 team, the Falcon Fund would like to purchase two additional iPad stations to be used by the 3rd through 5th grade teams.
The cost for each iPad station is $12,500.
Our second initiative for the school is to pay for a shade structure that will cover the large playground adjacent to the basketball court.
This shade structure will cost $25,000.
It is our hope that we can have the shade structure in place in time for the start of the 2012-2013 school year.
These initiatives bring our current fundraising goal to $50,000.
Audubon Park has 1,200 families.
If each family donates $50 to the Falcon Fund, we could quickly surpass our fundraising goals.
Not all families have the means to give so we suggest that each family attempt to Give 5.
Give 5 hours of your time to volunteer at the school, tell 5 people about the Falcon Fund, give $50, $250 or $500 to the Falcon Fund.
The Falcon Fund cannot achieve its goals for the school without your help and commitment.
