Also, the jaw muscles on the inside of mouth also gets massaged through light pressure from the inside of the mouth (this is why it is a little awkward at first because it's like a dentist visit but if this can be overcome, the results are amazing). Light stretches is also implemented for the jaw muscles. I through in some very basic facial yoga which also passively stretches the facial muscles and tongue. Everything is connected. The first day or 2 after you may feel a bit tight in the jaw but after that you should feel the difference. The best is to do about 4-6 sessions in quick succession (once a week) to feel the best results.. .
