Here at Athens Ohio Music Lessons we do not provide rigid, strict lessons comprised of music theory.
We aim for you to enjoy yourself while acquiring your skill which is how we feel that you will learn best.
Learning your chosen skill will be less like a class and more like hands-on skill building.
We offer both in home and in studio lessons.

Dennis Wolfe is a well-known 23 year old Athens resident who was born and raised in Belize.
He has played and taught music and music theory while living in several large cities in his five years in the States, including Destin, Houston, Dallas, and Parkersburg.
Dennis has been playing music since age 9, mastering drums, bass, and most significantly electric and acoustic guitar.
He is familiar with both lead and rhythm guitar in the styles of blues, rock, country, bluegrass, jazz, reggae, finger-style, folk, and many more.
You may have heard his playing on Court Street or at Casa Nueva, Sol, Jackie-O's, Donkey Coffee, and Smilling Skull during open mic nights.
Dennis has always enjoyed teaching music and has taught students as young as 5 and as old as 50--he firmly believes that in order to learn guitar or any other instrument, a student has to enjoy learning and want to learn more.
