Detailed description is Restaurante peruano donde confluye la creatividad, calidad, integración y compromiso. Menú de degustación se sirve solo de 13:00 a 14.30 y de 19:00 a 22:30. Nuestra historia comienza en 1994: Gastón Acurio y Astrid Gutsche, recién llegados de estudiar cocina en París, fundan el restaurante en una pequeña casa en Miraflores. Al inicio, muy franceses, de acuerdo a la tendencia mundial. Luego, con el paso de los años, decididamente peruanos; dispuestos a revalorar insumos y recetas, y con el claro objetivo de promover nuestra gastronomía en el mundo.. . En nuestro vigésimo aniversario, dejamos Cantuarias para iniciar un nuevo proyecto: instalarnos en Casa Moreyra, la antigua casa de la hacienda San Isidro de más de 300 años de antigüedad. Durante el 2016, luego de dos años de ausencia, Gastón y Astrid regresan a la casa. Con ellos, junto a un equipo de jóvenes cocineros, su propuesta se vuelve a renovar por completo.
