De type loi 1901, elle est reconnue d’utilité publique par décret du 25 mai 1978, modifié par l’Arrêté du 11 juin 2009.. . De fait :. – elle est éligible aux Dons ouvrant droit à réduction d’impôt de 66 % effectués par des contribuables domiciliés en France. A titre de justificatifs, l’Association produit des reçus fiscaux conformes à la réglementation (article 200 du CGI). . – elle peut bénéficier des Dons et du mécénat d’entreprise selon l’article 238 bis du CGI, modifié par la loi du 1er août 2003.
