L’ambition du Master de droit privé fondamental est de proposer une formation d’excellence à une vingtaine d’étudiants sélectionnés, qui souhaitent un approfondissement théorique et pratique de leurs connaissances dans les matières fondamentales du droit privé.
Cherchant à développer la capacité de raisonnement des étudiants, il se destine aussi bien aux étudiants qui se dirigent vers une profession judiciaire ou juridique (avocat, magistrat, huissier de justice, juriste d’entreprise, police..), qu’à ceux qui sont intéressés par la recherche en vue de faire, éventuellement, une thèse et devenir enseignant.
La formation est variée et donne lieu, à titre indicatif, à des séminaires dispensés par des universitaires et des praticiens, à des rencontres avec des professionnels, à l’organisation d’un colloque par les étudiants, ou encore à la réalisation d’un stage pour ceux qui suivent« l’option professionnelle » ou la rédaction d’un mémoire de recherche pour les étudiants en option « recherche "..
