My name is Sheryl Dyck, Armstrong’s #1 Boot Camp Specialist.
I’m a certified fitness trainer and boot camp instructor, and I am passionate about helping the residents of Armstrong and surrounding communities achieve their fitness and fat loss goals.

I became a personal trainer and boot camp instructor in 2009, wanting to share my experiences and knowledge with others.
I pride myself on making sure that everyone has the best possible experience that I can provide.
I train over 100 clients each week teaching them how to better their lives and enjoy fitness again.
