Ride Operators: Don and Sue Curtis, Spree Touring 2013 is Saturday, May 18tth!. . The 2013 BRUTE will challenge cyclists with a 50K, 100K, 150K & 200K routes. Routes that ascend 100 feet for every mile pedaled. Touring over western Wisconsin's endless network of paved back roads, the routes will lead cyclists up scenic valleys to ridge lines with spectacular views. Staged in a region where Wisconsin's' Driftless meets the Mississippi. Characterized by long climbs and descents, cyclists riding the 200K will have 14 'mile-long' climbs, 100k riders will have 8 'mile-long' climbs. Each climb offering memorable moments of 17 to 23% grades. All riders will have the opportunity to climb 'Catfish & the Hip Breaker'. .
