I only work when students are in lecture, so I have a lot of down time throughout the year.
I am so blessed to have had my first passion as a moneymaker for all these years because it has provided and allowed me time to focus on other areas of life, like getting my real estate license and spending time with my small family.
Though it started as a hobby, I have become so excited about the idea of making a profitable career out of real estate as well.
