Detailed description is L'expérience Jonas se définit par un service de qualité de l’interaction avec le client et l’animal tout en respectant leurs besoins ! Au cours de l'année 1992, madame Line Tremblay, toiletteuse de métier, achète l'animalerie saguenéenne « Poil et Plume ». Deux ans plus tard, elle fusionne celle-ci avec l'animalerie « Jonas » qu'elle achète avec sa nouvelle associée Sylvie Bouchard. Au départ, l'animalerie comptait 5 employés, en incluant les deux propriétaires. Aujourd'hui, l'équipe en compte plus d'une vingtaine.. . En 2001, le conjoint de madame Tremblay, monsieur Gary Thompson, achète les parts de madame Bouchard qui décide de quitter la région du Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean. Dès lors, il s'impliquera de façon marquée dans l'entreprise avec sa conjointe Line Tremblay. Ensemble, ils commenceront une aventure rocambolesque en changeant l'image de l'animalerie. Malheureusement, monsieur Thompson nous a quittés en 2010 après une longue lutte contre le cancer. Il a été une grande perte pour l'animalerie et ses employés.. . Depuis, Line Tremblay est la seule propriétaire de l'animalerie Jonas qui a continué son envol. Elle a su garder comme optique d'avoir du personnel accueillant qui sait prendre soin des animaux et d'en offrir toujours plus à sa clientèle, notamment en proposant plusieurs services comme le toilettage et l'école d'obéissance.. . Les animaux, notre passion.... . Chez Jonas, les animaux sont notre passion. Nous sommes toujours à la recherche de l'information pour augmenter nos connaissances générales afin de toujours mieux servir nos clients et de prendre le plus grand soin possible de nos animaux.
