Detailed description is Find out how I lost 60kg in 11 months without shakes, gym membership, crazy dieting or extreme excercise.. In the space of 1 year was involved in 3 car accidents, and before I start hearing all those women drive comments. None were my fault and they were all male drivers. This put me back so much in my health and I couldn’t do any exercise. This is when the weight gain started my health declined and I keep searching for anything that could help. Not knowing who to talk to, I gained 60kg and this added so many other health issues. I even tragically had 6 miscarriages which of course weren’t helped by the weight gain. The emotional cost of the miscarriages and the feeling of failure did not help me either.. . I tried everything healthy I could find to lose the weight not liking the idea of shakes etc. I was going to the gym 4 days a week and eating healthy as per my doctor and in 6 months lost 2kg. This didn’t keep me motivated I felt horribly dejected and didn’t want to keep going. Due to the health problems the weight causes it was also very painful to walk every step was like I was walking on needles.. . In August 2010 I was introduced to this personalised Weight loss plan. I started on my weight loss journey soon after, I felt wonderful my head was clearing, and the weight started shifting 3.5kg in the first week and 10kg by week 5. Plus no pain in my feet.. . To date I have lost 60kg and over 160cm off my body going from a size 24 to a size 10. This is even smaller and better proportioned than I was when I started putting on the weight. The reason for this is the diet is designed for you to lose weight / fat only not muscle especially the fat around the organs (your tummy area).. . The fantastic part of the weight loss is that I didn’t have to bust my gut at the gym to lose weight. It was just following the diet and taking the suggested supplements. If I had to add a massive exercise regime to my life while being so large and having so many health problems I don’t think I would have been able to keep going. Now I am full of energy and life again. It is incredible.
