In 2002 the company expands with another hypermarket in the area of Acropolis (Nicosia) - The new Hypermarket introduced a new way of shopping where both the customer and the trolley were carried from the ground floor to the 1st floor on a special escalator.. . In 2004 the company takes over a local supermarket in Larnaka ‘Ftini Gonia’, which in turn was renovated and converted into a modern hypermarket which fitted the company’s image.. . In October 2007 C.A.PAPAELLINAS Emporiki Ltd expands to Limassol with the opening of its most modern facility.. . Mid 2011 the company takes over a local supermarket in Deftera ‘Green Valley’, which in turn was also renovated and converted into a modern hypermarket named Alphamega fresh & easy. .
