Your role as a Direct Care Worker is to assist the developmentally delayed population in achieving their independence.
Our consumers range from infancy to late adulthood, with a wide range of diagnoses.
For example, Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, mental illnesses, and more.
As an important part in the consumer's lives, Direct Care Workers will guide, prompt, mentor, and assist according to individualized goals.
Caregivers will document progress for Community Mental Health.
