Which means we get no help from Erie County or New York State. We depend on donations for our everyday operating expenses! . Our 2017 mission at Meals on Wheels is to continue to enrich the lives of seniors and others by providing nutritious meals to those residents that may be home bound or are unable to cook for themselves. Our delivery area is Alden and the edges of Marilla, Elma, Akron, Lancaster, Cowlesville and Darien. We currently serve about 1800 meals a month, delivered daily Monday- Friday by our devoted volunteers.
