Through the leadership of the chapter presidents the Albany (GA) Alumnae Chapter exists as a vital force in nine counties of Southwest Georgia: Calhoun, Crisp, Dougherty, Lee, Mitchell, Randolph, Sumter, Tift, and Worth.. . Delta's Five Point Program focuses attention on the Sorority's purpose throughout the community. Jabberwock, the major biennial fund raising effort, facilitates the awarding of thousands of dollars to promote academic scholarship. Scholarships are awarded to seniors from each of the high schools in cities and counties where there are active chapter members. A tuition scholarship is awarded annually to an undergraduate chapter . member of junior status at Albany State University.
