Detailed description is Alaska Middle College School (AMCS) is a collaboration between the Anchorage School District and the University of Alaska Anchorage. AMCS provides 11th and 12th graders the opportunity to earn college credit while completing their high school diploma. . . The purpose of AMCS’s Facebook page is to support and provide information to our students, staff, and community about activities, events, and student's academic journey as college students. Students at AMCS earn both high school and college credit while taking college classes. All college classes are taught by faculty of University of Alaska Anchorage.
