Our modular π-Rate Power Plants™ are designed to treat Industrial Wastewater as well as carbon-based sludge from wastewater treatment plants. This carbon-based material is then thermochemically treated via π-Rate System™ processes, and converted to Synthesis Gas (a synthesized version of natural gas). This process is carbon neutral. The synthesis is then combusted in a natural gas turbine or generator to produce electricity to help supply company and community needs. Components of the system allow for industrial wastewater treatment and recovery of hydrocarbons from oil-contaminated wastewater, as well as other carbon elements that may be entrained in the wastewater. We have a zero liquid discharge process that allows us to thermochemically treat the wastewater and then discharge via turbines as steam, thus generating more energy to supply company and community needs.
