Detailed description is AK's Countryside Farm has been established in 2015, but has been raising Pygmy goats since 2008. I breed to produce correct Pygmy characteristics such as color and conformation, along with good temperaments and easy kidding. I will be breeding, raising, and selling registered (NPGA) and unregistered Pygmies for family pets and NPGA and/or 4H show quality goats. All Pygmies will be vaccinated and dehorned before leaving my farm. I test my herd annually for Johnes, and every 2-3 years for CAE and CL. In addition to Pygmies, I will be breeding and raising assortment of Silkies, Lavender Orpingtons, English Black and Blue Orpingtons, Ameraucanas, and French Black Copper Marans chickens.
