Our world-class sunless tanning solution consists of a sugarcane base derivative, DHA (dihydroxyacetone), and has been FDA approved for over 40 years. The DHA reacts with the amino acids in the outer layers (eidermis) of your skin. The reaction develops a natural looking tan and fades naturally as if it came from the sun. . . The process takes approximately 15 minutes. Clothing is optional, you may wear your own undergarments. Depending on the solution you use it will take up to 8 hours to develop. We recommend waiting overnight prior to showering for the best, long-lasting results. If you care for your tan as directed it will last 7 to 10 days!. . . TANNING TIPS:. . . Before Tanning. -Shower, shave and exfoliate lightly and evenly with a washcloth. . -Come to session with dry, clean skin. Do not wear jeans, white or super tight clothing for afterward. . -Pedicures, manicures, facials and waxes are recommended a day prior to spray tanning. . . . After Tanning . -Avoid showering, rain, sweating, and any exposure to water for at least 8 hours. . -Use soft shower gel, sharp razors and no wash cloths for life of tan. . -Avoid baths and long, hot showers as it will cause the tan to fade quicker. . -If going in pool, ocean or hot tub, apply a waterproof sunscreen.
