whom is the founder & Technical Supervisor, started this company upon his completion of a nine (9) months training in Electricity (House Wiring) at the Booker Washington Institute (BWI) in Kakata Liberia, organize by the National Commission on Disarmament, Demobilization, Reintegration & Rehabilitation (NCDDRR) program in 2004-2005.
After acquiring this skill, He give himself totally to his school, company & other organization as a volunteer for four (4) years in other to become a perfect Technocrat.
In 2010 the company was founded as; CHRIST VENTURE ELECTRIFICATION TEAM, later in 2012, Slocum saw a great need of electricity in his community where He was born, grow-up & school.
He manages to get a 15KVA Lister generator from Elvis Crusoe (One of His customer) as payment for electrifying his home.
With this generator, Slocum was able to supply electricity to his community (VIP Road & Bassa community, in Kakata) where he was living.
In this time, CHRIST VENTURE ELECTRIFICATION TEAM was now change to; SLOCUM ELECTRIFICATION ENTERPRISE INC.
After some months, the generator develop problem & the company at the time was not equip enough to purchase a Generator set again.
With this problem, the company has to shut-down it power plan and focus on Home Wiring & Electrics Consultancy Services.
In June 2014, Slocum decided to move the company to Banjul, Republic of The Gambia.
After one year and some months in Banjul, Slocum found it difficult to establish the company due to his pool connection in winning contract at the time in the city.
Lately, in 2015 the company name was change; from Slocum Electrification Enterprise to; Africa Electric Engineering Co.
Ltd & was able to registry online using Slocum home in Bijilo at it official Office.
