Em 1960, Felippe, seu filho, com uvas próprias e de forma artesanal, iniciou a elaboração de vinho, comercializado à granel e engarrafado por terceiros. Cinco anos mais tarde, sob a denominação de Felippe Chesini & filhos, o vinho começou a ser engarrafamento em suas próprias instalações.. Foi esta a forma que a família Chesini encontrou para manter viva as suas raízes e oferecer vinhos de excelente qualidade, conjugando tecnologia com a arte em vinicultura.. Hoje, a Adega Chesini conta com uma infra-estrutura voltada ao enoturismo com visitação ao interior da cantina, onde o visitante poderá conhecer as pipas que abrigaram os primeiros vinhos produzidos pelo "nono Felippe" na década de 60 até o que existe de mais moderno na arte de elaborar vinhos. .
