COMMISSION: $25.00 PLUS 5%, TACK 15%..
PASSOUT FEE: $25.00.
COGGINS: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN UP TO DATE COGGINS THERE WILL BE A VETERINARIAN ON SITE TO DO SO FOR $22.00 WHICH IS SPLIT BETWEEN THE BUYER AND THE SELLER AND WILL BE MAILED OUT.

ALL HORSES MUST BE TAGGED IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL.
ANY HORSES ON GROUND WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY ALL FEES.
ALL TRANSACTIONS MUST BE RAN THREW THE OFFICE, ANYONE FAILING TO DO SO WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES.
HORSES WILL BE SOLD IN ORDER OF ARRIVAL.
HORSES MUST BE ABLE TO REMAIN TIED, SELLER WILL HAVE TO LEAVE HORSES TIED WITH A GOOD HALTER AND LEAD ROPE AFTER BEING SOLD.
ANY UNRULY HORSES MUST EITHER REMAIN ON TRAILER OR THERE ARE STALLS AVAILABLE AS LONG AS THEY LAST.
OWNERS MUST FURNISH OWN BEDDING AND FEED.
WE WILL BE RECEIVING HORSES ON FRIDAY MAY 6TH, 2016 AFTER 3:00 PM UNTIL 10:00 PM, AND WILL BEGIN AGAIN SATURDAY MAY 7TH, 2016 AT 8:00 AM.
