I created the company under the simple philosophy that every musician, no matter their budget, should get to see their creation come to fruition.

I spent my high school and college years working with different bands and writing music.
The constant strain was always getting enough money together to get the album out.
Recording studios would charge upwards of $100 per hour to track and mix the songs, meaning an album of 10 songs could easily surpass $5,000.
That dollar amount was insurmountable while I was in college.
It was during my senior year studying Music and Sound Recording at the University of New Haven when everything finally clicked.
Putting together a great sounding record didn’t need to be $5,000.
There was a better business model..

So, how does it work?.

To keep costs low, I do not maintain a full recording studio.
Instead, I work mostly with artists who track their own recordings at home.
Recording drums with a handful of SM57s in a basement, recording acoustic guitars with a condenser mic from the local music shop, and plugging their electric guitars and bass directly into their small (and relatively inexpensive) interface.
A program like Garage Band captures everything the mics pick up, and converts it into wave files.
The raw audio is there.

I then begin work on the puzzle.
Each track is carefully edited as the song begins to take shape.
With close attention to detail, I bring the track to the next level, giving the artist an opportunity to appreciate their music the way they imagined it in their head.
All for a reasonable price that the artist can afford without taking out a second mortgage on his home or selling his car.
