We will need for you to supply one for us if you wish to have your space vacuumed. . . No smoking is to occur in the property to be cleaned during our stay and/or for a minimum of one hour prior to our arrival. . . Our staff is not permitted to clean up animal urine or feces.. . Extra Stuff You Should Know: . We require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Not cancelling 24 hours in advance will result in a $30 charge to you. If we arrive at your home and you then decide that you do not need our services or we can not get into your home or we have begun working when you let us know that you do not need us, the payment due will be the full amount that would have been charged if we had in fact worked the shift. Please understand that B.C. labour laws state that employees must be paid for a minimum of 2 hours and we need to pay our employees.
