Welcome to ATOSIM: A taste of Sunshine in Maine! Our FaceBook page will be documenting our journey towards bringing Latin-Caribbean Cuisine throught Maine but especially to Bangor, Maine.
We began by teaching Latin-Caribbean Cuisine at our local RSU 22 & 25 Adult Ed Program to share our interest and love of food.
We received such a great positive feedback we started to get many request to start a food service business like catering, wedding rehearsal dinners, food truck, and opening a restaurant.
My staff and I have finally decided on continuing to teach by sharing recipes, developing further Adult Ed Program classes, and by pursuing a food truck business.
This FaceBook page is dedicated to bringing this business to Bangor.
