Four- 45 minute in Studio Sessions: 3,6,9 &12 months. $35 and 5-6 images on a disc with print release. . The client is obtaining photographs for personal use only and shall not sell prints or authorize an reproductions by parties other than A-BentleyPhotography. If the client is obtaining a print for a newspaper announcement for a wedding, birth, etc., A-BentleyPhotography authorizes the client to reproduce the print in this manner. In such event, the client shall request that the newspaper run a credit to "A-BentleyPhotography" with the image, but shall have no liability if the newspaper refuses or omits to do so. It is a violation of federal copyright law to allow photographs taken by A-BentleyPhotography to be reproduced or altered in any manner including but not limited to electronic scanning via personal scanner, "screen capturing," or reproduction via photolab or self-service kiosk of images not purchased or received by A-BentleyPhotography. . .
