Blaine and Sammie have been married for about 4 years and have been training with each other from the very beginning. They learned that this training has helped them be better spouses, better leaders, more confident in daily endeavors, and more disciplined. The weight room has been a place of personal growth and escape from negativity around them since childhood. Because of these life changing experiences they have seen through training, they decided to become strength and conditioning coaches and give others that same experience.
