ART Blitz in an endeavor to bring interest and visitors to downtown Eatonton through various beautification and decoration projects.. . As part of this event, we are asking clubs and groups to design and display a Scarecrow in downtown Eatonton. He/She should be installed during ART Blitz week. You will be assigned a spot to display him. Entry fee is $20. Voting will be done through the Scarecrow Contest Facebook page, and the club/group whose Scarecrow gets the most votes will be the winner. (Cash donation depends on number of entries). Deadline for voting will be October 28, 2016. He/She should be taken down November 4 2016..
