参加者に楽しみながら南砺市の魅力（地域資源等の宝）を再発見してもらい、「郷土愛、誇り、自信」をさらに高めてもらうことを目的としています。また、メイン会場では、郷土色豊かな食、産品の販売や郷土芸能、市民・各種団体による活動発表の機会や紹介スペースを設け、日ごろから市内で精力的に活動する様々な人たちの思いをつなぎ、新たな活力を生み出します。.
【事業概要】.
参加者が用意された「ハンター手帳」を頼りに自家用車で市内8カ所のチェックポイントを巡り、各地域にちなんだクイズや指令を事前期間から当日までの間にクリアし、ポイントを競う南砺市全域を使った一種のオリエンテーリングです。また、スタートゴール地点の桜ヶ池公園内では当日ステージイベントや物販を予定しております。
