Cub was born in Bath, NY, and as a child, enjoyed sketching, but gradually honed his artistic skills to focus on pen and ink drawings as well as watercolors.
He took a ceramics course as an elective during his time at Corning Community College, and made a natural transition into using clay as his new canvas.

Although Pam was born on an Air Force base in Salina, Kansas, where her father was stationed, her parents moved the family back to the region when she was five years old.
Pam loved creating beautiful works from an early age, making hand-crafted items for her own use, as well as gifts for friends and family.
