天津北方网讯：9月27日，天津市十七届人大常委会第二十九次会议审议通过，我国首部省级促进智能制造发展的地方性法规《天津市促进智能制造发展条例》。《条例》将于2021年11月1日起施行，将为天津加快建设全国先进制造研发基地建设、实现制造业立市，提供法治保障。在市委十一届九次全会上，天津市提出坚持制造业立市、建设制造强市。 ....
