For the second straight year amid pandemic restrictions and lockdowns, the Whoop & Hollar Folk Festival is planning for a live event this summer a weekend of top-notch music Portagers can look forward to.
Just last week, the festival confirmed its 2021 dates for Friday, August 27th and Saturday, August 28th and announced it will be proceeding in a format that takes into effect all provincial public health orders at the time.
