Additionally, teams will be distributing clean-up kits, including tarps and bottled water at noon on Sunday at the First Baptist Church of Hondo, located at 2400 Avenue P, to persons affected by recent severe weather.

Cities along the Highway 90 corridor appeared to have seen the most damage with toppled trees, powerlines and a train derailment near D’Hanis. The National Weather Service has not confirmed if a tornado touched down, yet, as officials still need to survey the damage to make that determination.

Two-inch hail is possible north of a Fredericksburg to New Braunfels to Giddings line. An isolated tornado can not be ruled out in areas north of a Frederiskburg to New Braungfels to Cuero line. Areas south and southeast of San Antonio have a small chance of storms later this evening.
