The two unidentified burglars used an explosion to loot Rs 29 lakh from an unmanned ATM of Hitachi Payment Services around 2.30 am in an area under Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC). Cops said no guidelines were followed by the bank concerned as they neither had CCTVs installed on the premises nor an alarm system to report the burglary attempt.
