Persons interested in serving on a school board, city council or township board, health and ambulance department boards within Randolph County have until 5 p.m. Jan. 19 to file for such positions by contacting each respective political subdivision to officially have their name listed on the April 6 Municipal Election ballot.
Here is a look at persons who have filed for a particular seat as of 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 7 that has been reported to the Monitor-Index. The City of Higbee will not release names of persons who have filed for a council seat until after the filing deadline reported Shelley Stewart, city clerk.
