Grey s Anatomy is just days away from saying goodbye to another longtime cast member, but Jesse Williams Jackson Avery is poised to get a much happier sendoff than Giacomo Gianniotti s DeLuca earlier in Season 17. The latest episode saw the return of Sarah Drew as April Kepner for the first time since Drew was written out in Season 14, delivering a Japril reunion that set up Williams departure as Jackson as something positive. His big farewell episode is on the way, and I find myself wondering: could Sarah Drew make a surprise reappearance before the final credits roll?
