A building on Market Street in Harrisburg is expected to be redeveloped into an apartment building.
Harristown Enterprises, the owner of Strawberry Square, plans to redevelop the 50,750-square-foot building at 112 Market St.
The first floor will remain a banking branch for BB&T, which will later be renamed Truist. The second floor will be occupied by offices. The six upper floors (3 through 8) will be transformed into about 30 one- and two-bedroom apartments.

A construction company plans to turn a longtime vacant Harrisburg building and nine vacant lots into a 12-unit apartment building.
Philadelphia-based Radon Construction plans to convert the industrial warehouse building that once housed Central Publishing House and Church of God Central Publishing House at 100 N. 13th St., and the vacant lots at 112 N. 13th Street and 109-119½ Linden Street into an apartment building.

Veterans Outreach of Pennsylvania plans to build the 15-unit village at 311 S. River St.
The property is near the PennDOT building at 1101 S. Front St., Paxton Creek and the Susquehanna River. A portion of the Capital Area Greenbelt runs through the property.
The 12-by-14 foot detached houses would contain the basic necessities a sleeping area, a half bath, a desk, a small sitting space, etc. A 6,000-square-foot community center would have meeting space, a dining area, activity rooms, a laundry and other amenities, according to The Burg. There will be 15 parking spaces to serve the village.
