That s what a representative of Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose told the Richland County Commissioners Thursday. ShoMore DeNiro, LaRose’s Northeast Ohio regional liaison, recapped the 2020 elections in the state. DeNiro said LaRose had guidelines in place for boards of election to conduct the 2020 primary election on schedule before increasing concerns over the COVID pandemic forced a delay.
