Easter eggs galore following Bishopthorpe hunt

On the Easter egg trail at St Andrew s in Bishopthorpe There were chocolate eggs galore for village children in Bishopthorpe when Easter celebrations kicked off at St Andrew s Church on Friday. The church held not one egg hunt, but three - all following socially distant and contact free trails. There was something to suit everyone - including the adults! said parish assistant Mhairi Dunn. It was the first of the planned activities for families which we hope will continue, and it was a joy to see lots of smiling faces!
