Cape Town - The Schools Evaluation Authority (SEA) has released the reports for how well some schools in the Western Cape are performing.
The SEA independently evaluates Western Cape schools and develops reports which are published for parents and communities to know how well the schools in their areas are performing. The evaluations provide an independent and external examination of school practices and include recommendations on what should be improved.
The schools are assessed on:
Learner Achievement: To evaluate the knowledge and skills learners have acquired, progress made by learners over a period and recognition of learners.
Since the launch of its Myra project in Potong Pasir, Singapore, on Sept 26, Selangor Dredging Bhd (SDB) has sold 18 of the 85 units, but the developer is confident there will still be demand, owing to its strategic location.
Sited on a 0.7-acre freehold parcel on Meyappa Chettiar Road and Woodsville Close in District 13, Myra has a gross development value (GDV) of S$150 million (RM455.62 million) and comprises a 12-storey tower with 85 residential units. Priced from S$1.06 million to S$3.06 million, the one to four-bedroom units will have built-ups ranging from 474 to 1,324 sq ft. The project is expected to be completed on Nov 30, 2024.
