Solomon Adeyemi, Emmanuel Nbanga and his wife Remilekun Olusesi were not required at the videolink hearing at Worcester Crown Court, sitting at Kidderminster Magistrates Court. All three have yet to enter pleas. A trial date was set down for May 3 next year at the administrative hearing, heard by Judge Martin Jackson. It is expected all three will be arraigned - which is where the charges are formally put - on July 12 this year and it is anticipated all will deny the offences.
