Flagler County sheriff’s deputies responded to a domestic disturbance report at a Palm Coast residence Dec. 24 that landed a Stuart, Florida, man in jail.
Peter Robert Clark, 43, was charged with domestic battery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and being a convicted felon with a firearm. He is being held on $110,000 bond.
Deputies arrived at the residence at 7:28 a.m. where the victim told law enforcement that she was involved in an altercation with Clark, according to an arrest affidavit. The victim reported that she and Clark had been in an intimate relationship for approximately three months.
She stated that at 7:15 a.m. Clark began a verbal argument and accused her of cheating.
